Black Shamrock Sequin Vest #181

This sequin vest is black and green with a Shamrock design.  There are 3 snap buttons going down the middle.  The back of the sequin vest is solid black and has a strap to adjust the vest to your desired fit.  The inside of the vest is 100% cotton and the outer back is 100% polyester.
